Up at the crack, 5am, and off just 15 minutes down to the port of Dover. Drove through customs, got pulled into the hut for a casual inspection and waited in our line for the ferry. It all seemed to happen pretty quick, the ship was mainly trucks and lorries, had a rather nasty coffee before indulging in the duty-free shop.
Disembarking was quick, and we were soon in France. We are now parked up in a modern-style aire in the town of Libramont-Chevigny, a municipality of Wallonia in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium.
