We left a very pleasant stopover after filling with water and dumping our waste. Then filled up with diesel in the town.
Today was going to be a long day of driving to our next stop, 270 miles, to Hohenzollern Castle.
A day of three countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, and then Germany. Heavy traffic with a good number of roadworks, including a diversion that took all the traffic through a small town. The locals must have been pleased.
From the approach of the castle, you can see it sitting high at the top of Mount Hohenzollern. We drove to the top, up a winding road and parked up for the night.
We have bought two tickets for tomorrow’s tour of the castle.
