We just have to face it, even when it’s not raining here, it’s raining. Another night being battered by the wind and rain. If the world has a shortage of rain, it’s all here in Wales.
Jo’s birthday today, so cup of tea in bed overlooking amazing landscspe. We are the only ones here, not a car, house or person in sight …not even any sheep.
Breakfast done, lazing around and a Polstar electric car turned up, then another 3. They were pre production cars our for a test. It was after they left the real fun started as we had lost power to the toilet, which is not good. Not to go into too great a detail but we had overloaded the motor and blow a fuse. Initial poo panic over and we were off.
Fantastic single track road around the reservoir and out of the mountains. Destination, The Brigands Inn, a 15 century coaching inn for a birthday meal.
