We were heading for the boarder today leaving France for Spain. Much busier on the roads with more lorries as we made our way around Bordeaux. There was a dramatic change in the weather and terrain as we entered Spain. This was the bit we bought the snow chains for but fortunately the weather was great and not a whiff of snow about. Over the Pyrenees to the town of Irurtzun where we are staying tonight.
Blue sky and sunshine as we had our lunch outside. Went for a walk in the town after lunch but not much there and what was there was closed. The sun has just set and it’s turning cold. Time to close the door.
