Buckspool Farm

Another night of thunder, lightening and heavy rain but we woke to a sunny although chilly morning.

A brief chat with Sarah, our host for the night and the dumping of our waste and we were off to the Botanical Garden of Wales. It features the world’s largest single-span glasshouse, measuring 110 m long by 60 m wide.

The glasshouse is a fairly impressive looking construction, housing plants from all over the world. The grounds were a pleasant walk, especially as the sun had decided ti make an appearance.

We had lunch in the café there before setting off for out stop tonight, on the Pembrokeshire coast.

Buckspool farm, nothing more than a field but a great setting ready for our walk tomorrow along the coast up to Elegug Stacks.
