Another very hot day. By the time we arrived at our stopover for the night it was pushing 40°C.
We stopped off on the way at an Intermarche shop for some supplies, in what turned out to have a small car park for the three vans, but we managed to find a place around the side for us all to fit in.
The journey through France often takes us by huge fields of beautiful sunflowers, but this year the lack of rain and heat has made for a very sorry sight.
Our spot for the night is right by the river Saône, in the town of Lamarche sur Saône. Equiped with services so we could fill up with water and empty toilets.
