Wednesday is souk day in Zagora supposed to be one of the largest in the south. This massive souk is divided into different sections. Fruits, vegetables, meat and live animals are sold alongside traditional clothing, local handiwork, toiletries, kitchenware and furniture. We dived in and bought a small plastic table, a gas burner so we could cook outside as we had run out of gas for our Cadac and loads of vegetables. It was an amazing experience mixing with the locals.
