A very misty start to the day with little promise of brightening up according to my weather app. Tomorrow the forecast is for rain and more rain so we were going to fit as much in today as possible. Setting off on the scooter anti clockwise around the A888 that hugs pretty much all of the coast of Barra. First stop Castlebay then on up to Barra airport and further to the very northern tip of the island. Onwards to Allesdale Bay, known as seal bay where they reckon you can see seals but we didn’t. The island being small we was back at the van for a coffee before setting off again for the island of Vatersay to the south.
