It’s not that far from Col Du Lautaret car park to out next destination at La Grave so we didn’t rush to get going. We was in search of a supermarche so actually drove past the site, just as well as the approach from this way would have mean a tight turn into the site access road. As it happened we drove a few miles down the road out of Le Grave but there was no supermarkets so decided to turn back and we would use the small shop in the town for our supplies.
After pulling up outside the wood hut reception we were greeted by Natalie. All the reviews I had read said what a nice friendly lady ..well today she must have got out the wrong side of the bed.
Shown one pitch then she decided we might be too big so put us on another, that was certainly to big so we negotiated a nice spot near the toilets. I think she was reasonably happy with this.
