Last Friday we said goodbye to our trusty motorhome, Florence, of 3 1/2 years. We have covered 15,000 miles together, several countries and had a great introduction into motor homing. She’d never let us down but I had a yearning for something a tad larger with more wheels and a garage.
Enter Delilah, 2014, Dethleffs Globetrotter XLi, 8570. 8.6m tag axel of a beast. Came with the much drooled and researched over E&P Hydraulic leveling as a bonus.
First voyage out to Vanbitz in Taunton, Somerset, to have Oyster Satellite, Solar panels and Growler Strikeback alarm fitted.
