Day 2 – set off on the scooter for Ullswater and a visit to Aira Force, a waterfall owned by the National Trust.
A nice steady walk up to the waterfall and then back to motor further on to Pooley Bridge to see the temporary bridge erected after the original one collapsed in the December floods …been there since 1764,
