And the the sun was shining bright and warm.
After breakfast we booked our ferry from Algeciras to Tanger Med, Morocco. There’s a deal on at the moment with DFDS, as it’s a new route for them, and a bargin at €130, for a motorhome and two passengers. We sail at 6am on Tuesdsy, so an early start but we have to get through Moroccan customs, temporary import of the van then sort insurance out. Often there can be delays so best to start early.
We then walked to a Mercadona supermarket for some Christmas goodies and came back via the beach. Gorgeous stroll along the beach in the sun, into Tarifa old town for a Cortado (Spanish coffee) and back.
It was time for lunch so we devoured some of the bread we had bought with pate and decided to do some last minute washing.
Washing in the Auto Launderama affair, which we had used yesterday and then over to Lidl for yet more shopping. No, we had not eaten all the stuff we’d bought earlier.
We put up the fold out the additional solar panel to catch some additional rays and cracked open the beer, wine and crisps.
Merry Christmas 🎄
