We left our lovely site in Tarifa early this morning as we were making our way to Seville for a couple of nights. The stopover we were aiming for was in the port at Gelves which is on the outskirts of Seville. It is know for being full and difficult to get into and thats exactly how we found it.
Arriving just after 11am there was a queue of 4 vans in front of us. We all drove into the port which is really a marina and all got turned away as it was full.
After deciding to ditch the Seville plan, and a slight altercation with a Dutchman, we just headed for our next stop which was a few miles over the boarder into Portugal.
We arrived at our site at Moncarapacho in tbe Algarve and welcomed by a French lady who showed us the last pitch available. A bohemian site with lots of French who look like they have been here for ages.
