I was a bit mindful of not having a good night sleep as we were off grid, and I wasn’t going overboard with heating, plus I had my eye on the tide coming in, but it was not a bad sleep all considered. We woke to the most amazing view and sunrise on out little beach spot. Two fisherman had turned up early to go fishing, so we were up and bacon and egg sandwiched and on our way.
The early start gave us a space at he parking at he foot of the walk up to Old Man of Storr. A walk up for some tremendous views over Skye and beyond.
We arrived at our next destination, Sligachen Camping, at the foot of The Cuillin , for the next two nights.
