We left our home of five nights by the sea and set off in the direction of Granada where we plan to park up for one night in the small town of La Peza.
Our route took us over the mountains out of the Murcia region and into Andalucía. Stopping off at a Lidl to get some supplies and then on to the Francisco Abellán Reservoir for a quick peek before stopping at this great little Aire in La Peza. The views over the town itself from where we are parked are a bonus, and it’s free.
It’s chillier here, maybe because of the altitude, and there’s even snow on the high mountains.
We had an evening stroll around this quiet and very hilly town before dinner and now settling down for the evening.
