Jo was off this Friday so left work to meet her at home for an early get away to do the Dagon ride inWales. Tonight was our second stop over st Christian Malord, a small villiage near Cirencester, about 170 mile drive. All driven by Jo as she becomes at one with the machine.
Arrived at Rising Sun, pulled a sharp left into the car park on a steep ramp and bottomed Flo’s rear. Thank good no scooter on the back and just the two bikes. She was hitting the road on the off side stabiliser. All this in front of the patrons of the pub sitting outside. Took the bikes and rack off and just went for it into the car park ..made it.
Met by the landlord, Giles, who gave us a warm welcome and ushered us into his pub for a couple of glasses of wine and Doombar. Followed by a good night sleep in the car park of the Rising Sun.
