It’s pouring down and we have settled in for our last night of the tour. Covered 5689 miles, 80 days, 6 countries, 2 continents, 1 great big adventure.
Tomorrow we get the ferry from Cherbourg to Portsmouth, just a short drive from where we stop tonight, in the town of Valognes at a car wash and valet place. It also has a launderette so we’ve even done the washing. It’s a free stopover, just have to pay €2 for water.
