New Years Day

A walk into the village again this morning this time the quick route just to get some excersise. It’s not that far but extreemly hillly up and the down the cobbled streets to the square where there were men hanging about like it was a new years day tradition. We sat in the sun for a bit then made our way back for coffee and more sitting in the sun. We have a slight problem in as much as we are running out if tea bags and it seems you can’t get “normal” tea in Spain, or at least where we’ve been.  Our plan is to make what we have last by adjusting our ratio of tea to coffee drinking and replenishing our stock from the Morrisons in Gibraltar when we get there.

Early dinner today of steak we bought from the van at the site in Cartagena cooked on the Cadac. Had this outside in the sun on the empty pitch opposite as ours was in the shade.
This evening we went back to the UK for a bit. We watched Bob and Paul gone fishing Hogmanay special on iplayer. Great program 😀
