Bosworth Water Park

After a crawl around the M25 and up the M1 in the rain we
finally arrived at Bosworth Water park just as it stopped raining.  Bosworth is a camp site on the edge of a big fishing lake with fairly below average facilities although we don’t use the loos, so no problem for us.  Good for a family do.

The rest of the camp festers where there when we arrived, apart from Nick, Carrie & tribe. An evening of drink and chat around the
camp fire pit, supplied by Jim and a fairly early night.  We awoke to heavy rain that was to last all
day …well up until 4pm just in time for a spot of kayaking on the lake.  Even the sun made an appearance for the end
of the day and a dry evening allowed us to spend another night around the
fire.  

All in all a wet weekend but the evenings saved the day.
